At Godiva's Secret, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible, unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original box with all tags attached and the hair net intact. Ensure the product has not been brushed, cut, or altered in any way.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
